UPDATE 5/3:  PRE-REGISTRATION is now CLOSED. There area still shifts available, please continue reading.

There are still several volunteer shifts available - we will register you on-site, please just be flexible in the role that you are assigned. Pre-registered volunteers have priority and while we check them in and then determine where we might place you, you will be part of our Fans in the Stands. Please see the times below on when it would be best for you to arrive:

Check-in time for on-site registrataion for the All Day shift is 7:45am. Estimated end time is approximately 5:00pm.

Check-in time for on-site registrataion for the AM shift is 7:45am. Estimated end time is approximately 12:30/1:00pm.

Check-in time for on-site registrataion for the PM shift is 12:45pm. Estimated end time is approximately 5:00pm.

Pre-registering through this online application enables you to register for the specific role and time/shift you desire.  Please note that due to any unforeseen circumstances, volunteers may be re-assigned as needed. 

When you register for this event, please consider opting-in to receive text messages from us for event updates or last minute changes.  

To register, please select Register Now at the right of this page. If you already have a volunteer account with Special Olympics Washington, you can select Login. You can edit your schedule or cancel your reservation any time by logging back into the application and viewing your schedule.

*The minimum age to volunteer is 11.  Youth ages 11-13 may volunteer but with adult volunteering alongside - please select "Small Group" as your Registrant Type.  This allows all members of the family be registered under the same email address and linked together.        Teens ages 14-17 may volunteer on their own in select roles.  Each person volunteering must be listed - 3 people volunteering, 3 names should be linked together on the account.  Please email volunteer@sowa.org if you need assistance.
